Our family's stay in this hotel was convenient, mainly due to its central location near the bustling Taksim Square. Being close to transportation hubs made it easy for us to explore the city. the friendly and multilingual staff, like Madina at the reception, were helpful throughout our stay. The internet connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones back home.
We encountered some noise issues due to thin walls.

The staff at the hotel, including receptionists Azady and Madina, were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. The wifi was fast and accessible throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Taksim Square, the center of the city's activities. there was a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-prepared, making us feel comfortable right from the start. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, even going the extra mile to guide us around and ensure we found everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect; it was very close to Taksim Square and just a short walk away from Istiklal Street. Being in the city center, it was convenient for transportation options, with a metro station nearby.
